FORTINI COCOA AND PINE NUTS

with Belgian bitter cocoa and pine nuts from the San Rossore Park
Hand rolled shortbread biscuits, with belgian bitter cocoa powder and pine nuts from the San Rossore Regional Park.

 

Ingredients

00 wheat flour, butter, sugar, egg yolk, 6% bitter cocoa powder, 3% pine nuts

100 gr. - 491 kcal

The shortcrust pastry is made with Deutsche Markenbutter (centrifugal butter from fresh cream), real egg yolk, flour and sugar,

hand-rolled, packed one by one 48 hours of processing without any preservative!

DOUGH The shortcrust pastry of i Fortini is prepared in a slow and delicate way, using only centrifuge butter, flour, sugar and egg yolk ROLLING The Cookies are produced as they once were, rolled by hand, without the help of machinery or molds CUTTING AND COOKING After rolling, the Fortini are cooled for 24 hours, cut and then baked in the oven PACKAGING After cooking the Fortini are cooled to room temperature and finally packaged one by one in single portions
