This is the Wine Kit of Podere Fornace Prima di Cerreto Guidi.

A taste of all its excellent wines, from whites based on Trebbiano and Malvasia to reds with a predominance of course of Sangiovese. But also Canaiolo present at 100% in Tindilloro wine and in a small quantity in the Sincere and in the Igt Red wine.

A taste for all tastes, but in the name of biodynamic and grape purity!


Aurea Biodynamic

Trebbiano 100%

Vinification:

Manual harvest, fermentation and aging in small cement vats

Sensory Profile

Its straw yellow color tending to golden, its persistent and enveloping olfactory notes of yellow fruit (peach and apricot) and its intense fragrance are transformed into the mouth in good acidity and pleasant freshness; its flavor is sapid, balanced, harmonious, fruity. Aurea manages to transfer into the glass all the great vigor of the Tuscan Trebbiano vine because it was decided to wait and harvest its grapes only when properly ripe and then letting through a slow fermentation develop its own personality that turned out to be lively and surprising.

 

Tuscan White IGT

Sensory profile

Its straw yellow color tending to golden, its persistent and enveloping olfactory notes of yellow fruit (peach and apricot) and its intense fragrance transform in the mouth into good acidity and pleasant freshness; its flavor is savory, balanced, harmonious, fruity.

It manages to transfer all the great vigor of the Tuscan Trebbiano and Malvasia grapes into the glass because it has chosen to wait and harvest its grapes only when properly ripe and then letting it develop its own personality through a slow fermentation that has turned out to be lively and surprising.

 

Cavaliere IGT Biodynamic Sangiovese 100%

Sensory Profile

Ruby red color with great cohesion and brightness.

Its intense perfume anticipates the softness that we find in the palate where it offers generous: sweetish, slightly tannic, it leaves an absolutely pleasant aftertaste that recalls the soft sunny hills of Tuscany. Frankish, clean, clean, with no will to disguise, because it wants to be pure expression of Sangiovese that manifests itself in an absolutely sincere expressing all its strength in the excellent balance that can first create the nose and then confirm in the mouth: extends perfectly the warm and soft tones and gives way to the tannin to show itself with great strength and finesse throughout the long persistence.

 

Tuscan Red IGT

Sangiovese 80%, Canaiolo nero 10%, Colorino 5%, Trebbiano 5%

Sensory profile

It is a ruby ??red wine. The scent is intense and fine. It has fruity and floral notes with hints of red berries. The freshness is good, as well as the tannic component and the flavor. The alcoholic timbre determines a good balance of the structure.

Quite persistent, it has a good taste-olfactory correspondence.

 

Sincere DOCG Chianti Biodynamic

Sangiovese, Canaiolo nero, Trebbiano, Colorino

Sensory Profile

Ruby red color with an intense and fruity aroma, which recalls the sweetness and the pleasantness of ripe red fruit.

On the palate it is generous and you recognize the rough personality but also the frankness typical of Sangiovese. After a first taste prevails its soft note: the tannins are present and well melted in the overall structure of the wine that softens and finds its balance in contact with the air. The wine is transformed into the mouth: it finds the right harmony with its body and allows itself to be frank and intense on the palate, where it provokes warm and pleasant sensations, leaving a good cleanness of the mouth.


Tindilloro IGT Biodynamic Canaiolo 100%

Sensory Profile

The choice of the black canaiolo as a single grape variety represents well from the origins the intentions of the winemaker: to unleash the potential of a grape that rarely lets itself be appreciated alone and that has always been known as a traditional companion of important grapes.
The intense red color blends perfectly with its lingering scent and its soft taste, in which there is no slight alcoholic note.

Tindilloro comes from the metamorphosis of the “woman grape” – as in ancient times it was called the canaiolo – and in this wine we can appreciate typically feminine contrasts, which in large part remain hidden, and which is why they attract so much. The taste is intriguing: soft and fresh at the same time, with lively tannins that manifest themselves with great grace.

The contrasts of Tindilloro, all to be discovered, do not represent absolutely a defect, rather they highlight its main characteristics: young, warm, fragrant and pleasantly persistent.
