White truffle sauce

A type of truffle-based product with a mild truffle taste, combining delicate ingredients such as champignons, oil, salt, pepper, very little flavouring and truffles from the white family

  • bianchetto truffle (Tuber borchii Vitt. – origin Italy) 3%
